I was scrolling around for anxiety apps but this one in particular caught my eyes, I love how there is support for many specific fears or so….. This app has helped me calm down my fears of snakes a bit, a few bugs in the app such as not being able to enlarge the Articles, but it’s understandable for a new app! I look forward to watching the app grow💚

This app is amazing, it really helps with anxiety, fear and depression. I’m a 55 year old man, who was battling massive depression and anxiety from past loved one loses. I’ve been a whole different person ever since giving this app a try and couldn’t be more happier.
