ExHale turns quitting vaping into a game you can stick with. Meet Reddington, your pixel quit buddy. Name him, dress him and level him up while you cut down or stop vaping for good. Every craving you beat makes you both stronger. HOW EXHALE HELPS YOU QUIT VAPING Battle your cravings When a craving hits, fight it in a quick turn-based battle instead of reaching for your vape. Win, and your buddy gets stronger. A quit plan built for you Answer a short quiz and get a personal plan to cut down your nicotine step by step, with milestones, a vape-free counter and a road back if you slip. Vape tracker and puff counter Log puffs in one tap, keep your vape-free streak going and see your trends on clear Stats and Health screens. Craving SOS Calm breathing exercises (box breathing and 4-7-8), quick mini games and an Arcade to ride out a craving or a nicotine withdrawal moment. A coach in your pocket Chat with Reddington (18+) for tips, encouragement and a plan for tough moments. Quests, chests and gear Daily quests, badges, chests and cosmetics reward you for showing up. Spend Breath Bux in the shop and train your moves in the Dojo. Weekly leagues Compare your progress with other quitters in weekly leagues and on leaderboards, and show off your Hero Card. WHY IT WORKS Quitting nicotine is hard. ExHale turns the hard days into progress you can see: every check-in, every craving you ride out and every vape-free day levels you up, like an RPG for breaking a habit.
