## What is ExhaleEight?

ExhaleEight turns 4-7-8 breathing into a structured 42-night bedtime practice. A dim red screen, gentle haptics, and optional sound count the inhale for 4, hold for 7, and exhale for 8.

・A gradual 42-night path
Begin with two short rounds and build toward eight as the program progresses. Missing a night never resets your place; continue when you are ready. A classic four-round quick practice is also available.

・Morning reflection, not sleep detection
Optionally record how long you felt it took to fall asleep the next morning. The app does not sense or measure sleep; it charts only your own reports across six weeks.

Practice records stay on device and no account is required. A bottom banner may appear, with full-screen ads limited to natural pauses such as after a completed practice. An optional one-time Remove Ads purchase hides both formats.

Important: This is a relaxation breathing practice, not a medical device. Stop if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable and return to normal breathing. Unlike a physiological-sigh app, ExhaleEight uses a deliberate 4-7-8 hold sequence and a multi-week bedtime program.
