Deci mereu trebuie sa te duci al ei la vreo reprezentanta si pierzi timp sa stai la coada si tot sa nu rezolvi nimic. Am mers la ei la banca sa intreb dsca prin aplicatie pot sa fac jn transfer intre carduri (cardul meu si un card din strainatate… P2P) M-a Asigurat fata de la ghiseu ca se poate, am achitat o taxa lunar pt ceva ca ulterior sa ma chinui in incercarea de a face transfer si sa aflu de la operator prin telefon ca nu e posibil sa fac P2P transfer cica nu e “safe”… Nu recomand aceasta banca primitiva ei neprofesionista! Cand a fost achizitionata de grupul nou, erau sterse toate numerele de contact de pe pagina oficiala a bancii si nu puteam sa iau legatura cu banca sa imi rezolv o problema!
