This app falls seriously short of expectations.  Since poor patient compliance is often cited as a contributing factor to not achieving healing tne Exogen device is screaming for a fully integrated app.  Try again guys!  This one looks like it was designed by a 3rd grader.  Useless!

Surprised to see no connectivity between the app and the device. What’s the point of the app? As far as I can tell, there is none.

Literature that could have been posted on the website. There is no real purpose for this app other than settling up a calendar alert.  Useless and now uninstalled!

The APP is basically pointless. All it’s functionality is included with the literature and videos that are sent with the device. 
I thought it would help me keep on track but all it did was directed to my iPhone’s calendar to set up daily alerts.

This is NOT a review of the Exogen product, only of the downloadable app. 
This app includes the user guide, a few customer support numbers, and an alarm to remind you to strap on the device.  If you've already read the How-To instructions, then there's no added benefits to using this app. 
What would have been interesting: offer some sort of integration to the device, so I can track my use (did my child remember to do it this morning?), check battery levels, attach my usage record with questions to my physician or to the manufacturer, etc.  But simply giving me instructions on how to apply the gel to the diode? Not useful.
