The new update makes it so you have to manually sign in every time you open the app, including receiving a text code that you then have to manually type in. This is incredibly annoying. I understand the security of at all but at least allow us to sign in with Face ID. This adds substantial time to accepting orders and closing. Half the time it crashes anyways. Please remove this element and fix the bugs. ### 3/5 — Latest update *2026-01-23* Having to log in everyone I use it now takes up valuable time especially when trying to accept an order. We only have a few minutes in which to accept and if I’m At an appointment or on the road I can’t always take attention away from my client or from the road too long in. App seems to be unstable, log-in access 90% of the time is impossible. The app seems to need work to fix bugs in order to have access at least 99% of the time. It’s sickening to keep receiving assignment where there are already non Exos events in my phone calendar. Then they say put all events in their calendar which is not convenient and takes forever.
