Booking takes forever and overall the layout is just a hassle to deal with. The app was way better before they changed the booking process and layout. ### 1/5 — BEWARE. Scammy dark patterns to extort your data *2025-12-10, version 2.76.0* This PoS was supposed to be a “benefit” at my work gym. It started off asking incredibly invasive questions. I couldn’t get through to tell it to delete my data without answering a remarkable amount of very personal questions and then when I told them to delete my account they refused to do so without me giving them even more data! This is absolutely illegal in several jurisdictions. Really cumbersome process just to see the class schedule at my gym. **Developer response:** We hear you and understand that when you just want to schedule a class, answering onboarding questions can feel like an extra step. There were several scheduled calls to introduce the app to employees with 103 people on the call from around the world. Or the 103, 3 were successful in getting it to work. Less than a 1% success rate. I was shocked that there wasn’t a dry run before a mass introduction. ### 1/5 — Ridiculously glitchy *2024-05-22, version 2.35.0* Constant login problems. The newest version fails to start: needs update to a newer version. Login is only available via company-controlled device, the is not provided by the company. Assumed to be a benefit which is a part of the compensation package, but I can’t use it w/o buying an extra phone… ### 5/5 — Great coaching! *2024-05-14, version 2.34.2* I was blown away to learn that my exos coach Eric not only helped me with my exercise program and ways to reduce my back pain but he helped me with my sleep and to think more holistically about my wellbeing.
