You’re outta luck if you actually want to keep your phone *in* the safe 😂 ### 1/5 — Do not use this app, do not purchase their safes *2025-09-28* We have been locked out of all of our money on vacation and cannot get the safe to open after using Bluetooth. ### 1/5 — no point in this tech *2025-04-18, version 1.20.1* if i could give it 0 stars. jesus!! what is this. just a simple safe is needed. non of this tech stuff that just doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Do not use *2025-04-13* The concept is great, the execution is not. Unlike the other review I was able to get it working, for a brief moment. I unlocked it, then locked it, and then it seemed to corrupt the locker. I could no longer access it in the app or lock it through my room key. It guided me through a very tedious reset process that took maybe 5-10 minutes. Just stick with using your room key, or entering a code manually. Both are quicker than pulling out your phone anyway. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-12-09* Could not get phone to pair with safe. No assistance available in app. ### 1/5 — Unsafe *2024-11-07, version 1.20.0* This must be the worst example of bringing technology to bear to fix a non-existent problem, I cannot use the safe in my hotel room thanks to a dreadful user interface and unnecessary complexity.
