В итоге почти минута отставания от фактического времени, часы идут не точно. Initialization was a little awkward but I got the watch working and connected to the phone app. Then I received a notice that the watch had an update available. So I followed the instructions and allowed the update to load. Now the watch will NOT connect to the phone App. No Bluetooth device can detect the watch. I’ve done everything that is suggested for the malfunction including resetting the watch (numerous times), turning CONNECT on and off, deleting the phone app and pulling another one from the App Store. I have no clue what to do at this point. The reason I bought the watch was for the connectivity functionality. Breitling.com won’t respond to me. I paid almost twice as much for this Exospace. The unreliability of the app is awful. On two occasions it stopped syncing with the watch. Not being able to keep the time consistent, or set at all, I returned it for repair. Having done this twice, now trying to set the time, the app won’t auto update with the phone correctly (1hr and 5 minutes off) and when I try setting the time on the watch, I’m only able to change in 15 minute increments. This is ridiculous! $8000 for a watch and the app and timepiece functions like this? I bought the B55 EXOSPACE as I wanted the connected features and notifications but don’t like smart watches. I downloaded this app and proceeded with the firmware update. It got to 91% then stopped. My expensive £6000 watch has not worked since. No digital display and the hands have stopped moving. I spoke to Breitling who told me I must’ve done something wrong like moving away from the watch. I sat next to the watch and kept my iPhone awake for the whole time! They obviously aren’t listening to feedback. They must receive hundreds of returned B55’s due to this issue. It is ridiculous! We were assured that this app would be fully supported when buying an extremely expensive watch but it has not been updated for a year. Absolutely disgusting, and if you’re not going to supply the service that we paid for when purchasing the watch then a full refund should be given. ***Update- I have now sold my watch solely due to how bad this app is and the disgraceful customer service from Breitling.
