There is no option to cancel the order on their app and website , you have to call them for cancellation and for an UPI refund they take 7-10 days which is done with in few minutes by other companies. Totally irresponsible customer service. Not satisfied ### 1/5 — Payment made, order disappeared, no support available *2025-07-29, version 2.8.5* I placed an order for a book on Exotic India and successfully made the payment. The order initially appeared in the app, and I even received a WhatsApp confirmation. But after a few hours, my order disappeared from the app now it shows no order history at all. Worse, there’s no working customer support: • The contact number is invalid • The in-app complaint form gives an error • There’s no way to track my order or even report the issue properly This is extremely disappointing for a platform that deals with payments and orders. Please fix the app functionality and provide reliable support. The company has a great selection…when they ship the items you ordered. It took over 3 weeks for my order to be shipped out, which in of itself isn’t that big of a deal but what is the issue is that this company ignored every single email I sent them asking about the status and ignoring my requests to cancel. Even if it wasn’t possible a email back would have been nice especially when someone is throwing $100 towards your company. Not only that, had they communicated better they could had told me that half of my order wasn’t able to be shipped for whatever reason. Kinda defeats the purpose to tell me that when I got the “out for delivery” notification before I got that email. This company needs to figure out how to keep the stock accurate so someone doesn’t have to go through this. Or at least…you know…email people back.
