Poor services
company unable to deliver product after 15 days and making excuses. There is no option to cancel the order on their app and website , you have to call them for cancellation and for an UPI refund they take 7-10 days which is done with in few minutes by other companies. Totally irresponsible customer service. Not satisfied

Payment made, order disappeared, no support available
I placed an order for a book on Exotic India and successfully made the payment. The order initially appeared in the app, and I even received a WhatsApp confirmation. But after a few hours, my order disappeared from the app now it shows no order history at all.
Worse, there’s no working customer support:
• The contact number is invalid
• The in-app complaint form gives an error
• There’s no way to track my order or even report the issue properly
This is extremely disappointing for a platform that deals with payments and orders. Please fix the app functionality and provide reliable support. Until then, I can’t recommend using this app with confidence.
