I was signing my hognose snake up, but they didnt have any option for hognose, or an option for custom so now i have a ‘milk snake.’ Though everything else seems fine i guess but its still not great quality, but it is free which is good. **Developer response:** Thanks for trying our app and for the feedback! 🐍 Good news - you can add your hognose! Here's how: 1. Scroll the category tabs to the right until you see "Other" 2. Tap "Other" and you'll see "Enter Custom Species" button 3. Tap it to add Hognose Snake with your own details That said, you're right - Hognose is a popular species and should be in the main list! We'll add it to the Snake category in the next update. What else would help improve the app for you? Bad part is and I’m not trying to be rude but I can’t add reminders only 2 . The best part is it has a guide book ,but the guide book only has 5-6 things not crested geckos you need a premium to get 3 things but other than that it’s perfect. I also can stop worrying about Topaz. Congrats on the new addition coming soon two cresties is double the fun! 🎉 ### 4/5 — Why.🤔 *2026-01-31* I never able to do it correctly without help no offense you just need to fix this bug developers like when I do the reminder thing it won’t let me exit out without redoing it so I have to redo it and redo it over and over and over again, so please fix this other than that I love this. Thanks for helping us improve the app! ### 5/5 — AMAZING *2026-09-01* So I had originally bought this thinking that it was going to be like any of the other apps I’ve purchased. Too much money or not the features I’m looking for. Instead I was genuinely surprised on how well this app works. It had features that work for people who just have one reptile up to 100. You’re able to log many things without there being a pay wall, which is really nice. This app is overall very easy to navigate and is also very good whenever I take my reptile to the vet and I don’t remember something I have it logged. The only complaint I have is that there’s ads but it’s not much of a fee to get rid of these ads so I’m still gonna give this five stars. I would recommend this to literally anybody. Since you mentioned the vet, there's also a PDF export if you ever want to hand over a full history instead of scrolling through the app in the waiting room. The UI is clean, the tracking reminders are reliable, and the graphs and statistics with premium are genuinely fascinating to dig into. Honestly, I couldn’t manage five snakes without it, it saves me so much time and energy. One feature request: it’d be great to add photos to the enclosure section, the same way we can for our pets. Appreciate you reporting it! ### 5/5 — Suggestions!! *2026-03-28* Absolutely AMAZING app!! This helps me keep all my animals and care patterns organized. I do have a few suggestions though. Coming from a Vet Tech, I’d love if the health tab could have more ailments besides Fecal. I’d love to be able to enter what health issues my animals are experiencing to keep track. I would also LOVE an option to skip a reminder to the next day or skip over it until the next cycle! Also being able to check it off before the time listed. And could we have an option for retained shed under the shedding category? That being said, this is the best reptile app I have ever used and it helps keep my animals in check! I was putting into my planner but I didn’t have it with me and would forget to add stuff and have to go by approximate dates.
