Both my wife and I have been using the Expand app for a while now, and sadly I have to say it’s by far the worst financial services app we’ve used. If you can get in to it, the content is ok (not good, but acceptable). The problem is, the Expand team seem to have no idea how to manage mobile app security. The login hardly ever works on the mobile app, so I usually have to go to the website to get access to my accounts. Unfortunately, security management issues are the last thing anyone wants to see with their investment or super accounts. Please please Expand, use a mobile development company that knows how to create secure applications!

This app has never had a smooth login for me, and now it just completely freezes after I put in my login info. I can seem to login on a browser either. It’s actually ridiculous.
