## What is Expansion Beyond?

Year 2185: Spacecraft Noah-1 stars a long journey towards Alpha Centauri, carrying the first humans ever to travel beyond the Solar System.

Its destination: Proxima b, a rocky planet tidally locked to the dwarf star Proxima Centauri. A world of extremes, where one side bathes in perpetual daylight while the other hides in eternal darkness. Incompatible with Earth life, its atmosphere is toxic and its oceans flow with sulfuric acid. As you step out of your landing pod, you realize that you are not alone. Proxima b is teeming with life — alien, primitive and aggressive.

Your mission: survive Proxima b’s unforgiving environment and predators, while harvesting resources that will help humanity accelerate its expansion to Alpha Centauri.
