LOVE this app! Love the daily pregnancy meditations and that they tell me how far I’ve come! (Not an estimate of how many days I have left!) the meditations are soothing and quick so I don’t feel pressured to find time to do them. The classes are AMAZING-the teachers are knowledgeable and kind! Love it!

I used this app for my first pregnancy 4 years ago and it was amazing. I redownloaded and it was very dry on content, like meditations had been deleted. There were no events or community portals. I believe no one is working on this app anymore and wasted $8.50 subscribing so sharing this so others don’t do the same.

I used this app for my first pregnancy. It proved to be a great companion to what can be a lonely journey at times. I used it for daily meditations to manage anxiety or simply to connect with my baby. The meditation approach and content felt well paced and appropriate to what I was experiencing at every stage of the pregnancy. 
Special praise need be given to their hypnobirthing content. I listened to the course early third trimester and used the visualization techniques often leading all the way up to birth. During the first stage of labour and at the peak of pain the visualizations kept me calm and focused. This app and hypnobirthing content had a huge impact on a positive first birth experience. Now I am using it to manage postpartum anxiety. I wholeheartedly recommend Expectful to every mother to be. Thank you!
