Customer care is via chat because their number is always unavailable. I have tried to send money twice and each time I have had to get in touch with customer care via chat. Sent a larger amount and the funds never made it to my Expedier account. Confirmed with my bank that the funds were received by Expedier on the same day of the transaction, but weeks have passed and my account is at zero. I have received no response from Expedier regarding after the first 2 days. Don’t. Use. This. App! **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about this experience.
