I went to add information today and the app would not open. Looked for help from some tech savvy people and nothing worked!! Worked at it to make sure I’d really use it, and ended up adding all my receipts back to beginning of the year. I was being very diligent to add as receipts arose. If it was a free trial then why didn’t they offer for me to start purchasing? Instead one day that app tile is gone from my phone and this company’s Business tracker app is in its place. I register and all my data is gone. I wrote and asked about it. No response. Now I’m having trouble even logging back on. Help with lost password? Nope. No word from them.
