After reading previous reviews, I want to provide an updated confirmation that the same issues that have been described for years are still a problem. Random crashing is the most common, followed by mismatched receipt images and expense details. Customer service has been polite but I lack confidence in the developers’ ability to understand or fix the issues. I’ve accepted this will always be a bad app, but good enough to work most of the time if you have an exorbitant level of patience. ### 1/5 — Lack of development *2026-02-02* Ultra hyper bugged app.Prepare yourself to waste hours with a simple report.Even on the web version it froze and you need to delete cookies and web history in order to get this going.Worst banking app ever! ### 1/5 — Completely broken *2024-12-11* If you’re able to get signed in, the app times out on any page you try to visit. It seems to be the worst it’s ever been after Apple’s latest iOS update. ### 2/5 — Mileage tracker is rediculous *2023-03-10, version 3.9.24* So, it seems great to have your mileage tracked by your phone and be able to report back to work. Really convenient, right? It is, until you get on a plane and fly, or walk the dog. Suddenly you presented with a choice, is this business or personal mileage. Neither, but no option than these 2. Work has stopped using. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2022-06-01* After this last update, you can’t even login to the app. Keeps telling me I’m offline. As a business traveler, this is very inconvenient. Wish my company would find something that actually works. ### 1/5 — Really buggy *2021-05-05* We use this app for our company, and I have an issue with it crashing on me almost every time I try to do an expense report. Today it won’t even allow me to open my transactions on the app - it just crashes immediately. If it would actually work consistently it would be a perfectly fine app, but it’s lack of reliability heavily overshadows any good aspect. ### 2/5 — Super buggy *2020-03-10* My company has used expensepoint for several years now. There have always been bugs with the app but they were easy to work around in the past. The new version of the app is terrible! If I add a receipt to an expense and then click the receipt again to see it larger it crashes. Now all of a sudden when I add receipts to expenses they aren’t staying attached to the expense. We are fed up with the product and looking to make a change soon. ### 1/5 — Really buggy *2020-02-26, version 3.1.14* Lots of glitches and user experience is quite poor.
