Each time I need to create a new claim it just takes me back to the previous page and tells me I have no current claims. When I tried to provide feedback on the app it said there was an error and it couldn’t process my feedback. ### 3/5 — Landing page *2026-02-25, version 1.70.0* Changing landing page does not work ### 2/5 — Cannot select images *2025-10-13, version 1.66.0* I used to like this app, it is now unable to be used as I cannot add receipts from my image bank eg screenshots. I wish my company would find a different app to use!!! ### 1/5 — Can’t upload receipt images *2025-03-02, version 1.64.0* When adding receipts to my expenses claims, the button to ‘pick an image’ doesn’t work. I have an iPhone. This is very problematic where all of my receipts are digital receipts and not paper receipts. It makes the app basically unusable for expenses uploading unless I use a second mobile phone to take an image of. Really not good enough and I’d appreciate a fix on this as an NHS worker needing to claim back travel for clinical work. ### 1/5 — It’s ok, basic functionality *2024-12-03, version 1.64.0* Very basic, a lot of features don’t work properly including the landing page. No matter what you select it just takes you to the same receipt page. After update it does not work at all. I just get white screen. Unfortunately my company used this so I have to put up with it. If it was up to me, I would delete it forever. This means to record any journey you now have to go to your PC and manually enter the address details. Although the mobile app shows the number of stop point locations, when you choose to view them it tells you that you haven’t started your journey🙄👎I don’t think I have ever had such a troublesome App but am duty bound to use it through my work - The App really is not fit for purpose! ### 1/5 — Website and app are useless *2026-02-26, version 1.70.0* Used for over two years and just awful through and through. Yet again of late, therefore updating this review. They seemed to have an automated check in place which was working well but now there are expectations set of two weeks before validation is complete. This can mean an employee out of pocket for much longer resulting unwillingness to front expenses in future which impacts productivity and burden on the employer. ### 1/5 — Website and app are useless *2025-11-06, version 1.67.0* Used for over two years and just awful through and through. You put your address and it gives you a message saying ooooops we can’t find your location and then you have to wait until some suggestions appear to make a selection. Before that, nothing to indicate that the app is trying to find the address. With the advances in apps, I do not know why this still feels prehistoric. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-07-20, version 1.64.0* App is absolutely useless doesn’t upload when on wifi or 5G and deletes whole expense as you can’t go back and have to close app down just to attempt to submit something ### 1/5 — Clunky, can’t upload pdfs *2025-07-16, version 1.64.0* Can’t upload .pdfs as receipts, followed the instructions on the help page which didn’t work. I use this app every month and it is a great app. Please fix the problem. Update from last review, advised that this is a problem with IOS13. Deleted the app and reinstalled and it is working again! Thanks for the support ### 5/5 — Update IOS has crashed the app *2019-09-24, version 1.35.0* Update:- Fixed this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, now works fine again This used to work perfectly, but since I updated yesterday to the latest IOS update, it just crashes immediately as soon as I try to launch it. ### 5/5 — Great app for logging expenses as you go *2018-07-31, version 1.26.0* Using the expenses app has made it much easier to keep track of expenses incurred across a month. When out and about I add to the app especially when I need to add receipts for parking and overnight subsistence. Adding a receipt using the camera on my phone means the expense is added at the time and I don’t have to worry about keep going back through my outlook diary to search for things I need to claim. It is also very easy to submit your claim. ### 5/5 — Very useful and easy app. *2018-01-31, version 1.13.0* The app is very easy to use once you know how. It does take a bit of getting used to but it’s great if I have spare 5/10 minutes before work waiting to just do my travel there and then on my phone. Easy to submit the claim too, I would definitely recommend using it to everybody, providing you are a little bit tech savvy 😊 ### 5/5 — Now works again. Duty of care bug now fixed- revised review *2017-11-18, version 1.11.0* Update 17Nov The bug has now been fixed and app back to working fully again for me and ratings revised. The best bits being able to track journeys enroute and enter receipts eg parking etc and just upload. Excellent and prompt response from developer to understand and fix the problem. Update 9Nov Thanks for the response to look into the problem. The latest version doesn't pick up for existing vehicles with duty of care documents already approved. I have one current vehicle approved and one that has expired. Log in to web page and all is ok with documents entered and approved.
