### 1/5 — A bad UX, does not work, do not recommend

This app is very basic and does not work as planned or promised. A few examples of bad UX and issues, 1/ you cannot “unlink” and delete expenses, 2/ screen shot receipts are not accepted, 3/ changing cost centers for individual expenses is not accepted, and 4/ using WiFi is slow and creates inconsistencies in a report and correcting them is almost impossible.
I do not recommend this app. This is basic and does not work as promised. There are other much better solutions in the market.

Je suis sans doute très limité mais je n’ai jamais réussi à saisir une note de frais sans un problème qui bloque tout (et aucune solution valable proposée).
Là c’est un ticket de parking qui coince avec un double message d’erreur aussi imprécis ou hors-sujet que les messages de Microsoft dans les années 90 : "pièce non conforme détectée" "pas de facture détectée" alors que le ticket de parking est parfaitement et lisiblement affiché !
Le hasard de mes activités fait qu’à peu près au même moment j’ai été amené à utiliser une autre application de note de frais (dont je tairai le nom n’étant pas là pour faire de la publicité) qui, elle, fonctionne très bien et de façon simple bien moins de cette usine à gaz qu’est Expensya !

Il manque l’intégration dans l’application raccourcis. Au login la détection de la présence d’un mot de passe dans le trousseau. L’absence de complétion rapide du mode de passe. L’absence de possibilité de rapidement affecter à une note et un moyen de paiement le temps que la reconnaissance se fasse.

Get stuck in an endless loop of corporate logins and then bounced to their new app and then asked by the app to use the web browser version. So much time wasted trying to set it up

This version is MUCH better than the new version, they just screwed what was working. New version is heavier, slower, harder to crop images…. Fix it or I stay with this version.

Dommage que la « description » n’apparaisse pas dans le résumé de validation, c’est une perte de temps de devoir ouvrir tous les tickets.
Il y a un bug avec le calcul de la tva régulièrement.

Application extrêmement ergonomique que ce soit sur iPhone ou web. Tout a été prévu : devise, taux de TVA multiples, gestion des contacts pour les invités, … Le plus bluffant pour moi ça reste la qualité de la reconnaissance de caractères et la puissance de l’IA derrière ; et aussi l’export avec le lien vers le justificatif intégré dans l’excel. Je réserve la 5eme étoile pour la récupération des efactures qui ne fonctionne plus :-( Mais il n’empêche que Expensya surclasse et de loin tout ce qui se fait d’autre sur ce marché et on ne m’en fera pas changer pour un autre y compris ceux qui sont - on se demande vraiment pourquoi - plus connus et sont considérés à tort comme des standards. Bravo à Expensya, continuez à nous simplifier la vie !
