Also why don’t they do anything useful like update your address (when you move)! to all linked companies - instead of you having to contact each company. They could have a verified service to authenticate you. You go to the top of the list.In one year you have taken my rating down on three separate occasions by 193 points all for a debt of £8 … that I had not paid out protest of being charged £1809 for a service I never used because it never worked in the first place .That contract lasted 13years which the telecommunications company unlawfully withdrew from my account after my contract had run out.You favour crooks who use direct debits to squeeze out monthly fees yet never send paper bills to show this is ongoing. I closed the account when they switched off 3G because I only used the mifi in France on a 3G network.. so effectively you cancelled the service on my behalf..,then you went out of your way to inform this nasty company who operate from Ireland another part of European legislation.. to make me suffer even more consequences of being fleeced over . ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2026-08-05, version 9.16.0* Only any good if you pay £15 a month otherwise show you nothing you already don’t know waste of time ### 1/5 — Useless service & credit scoring *2026-08-03, version 9.16.0* Unfortunately, the app is nothing compared to how it worked and how helpful it was years ago. They’ve increased the scoring with 25% to become as difficult as possible to keep a good track. The updates in reporting take ages, definitely months, for example for closed accounts to be reflected in the scoring and I literally don’t see the point to pay they’re outrageous monthly fees to have this incredibly poor service that gives you more disadvantages than help you in any way!
