Tap here tap there you have to just explore the entire app. tap on everything and see what happens if it opens or doesn't it can get very confusing and frustrating if you cannot find what you're looking for or how to go back to a screen you had passed. I find it insulting to my good sense and intelligence, the only reason I maintain an account with them is for the sake of preventing someone from fraudulently making account in my name. ### 1/5 — Spam *2026-08-22, version 4.2.29* Will not stop spamming me to check my credit score ### 1/5 — Fed up with constant promotions, alerts *2026-08-22, version 4.2.29* 8/22/26: Experian is exasperating! They completely ignore the settings to turn off al this marketing spam. JUST STOP! 8/11/26: Experian if it’s your settings for alerts/notifications, And just keeps sending annoying notifications to your phone! JUST STOP ALREADY! Give us ONE setting for new credit inquiries or increases in our total debt, so we can check if someone used our credit. Previous review: I am so fed up with this app. Half the alerts from it are attempts to sell your credit services. Credit cards, and loans. All I want to do is check my credit score. Then they say my data may have been breached. No kidding, you guys were the ones that were breached a few years ago. Enough with the ads! ### 1/5 — Worst than ever! *2026-08-22, version 4.2.29* This app gets worst with every new release…now it initializes and spins and goes back to initializing!! What I didn’t expect was a BARRAGE of spam calls from scam artists. Now I’m freaking out that all these scammers have my personal info because Experian supplied it. It’s one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. ### 1/5 — This app is a scam *2026-08-20, version 4.2.28* You can't even fully delete your account. so, they're just hanging on to your personal information forever. You can't change your plan until you pay the membership fee. The ability to cancel a membership shouldn't be a "paid benefit". I should just be able to cancel my account whenever I want to. Its weird and it's predatory. ### 1/5 — FIX YOUR SISTEM *2026-08-19, version 4.2.28* I can’t use either your app or your website because, for some reason, the system doesn’t recognize my phone number! When I try to log into my account, the system throws error 200-000-000. When I try to reset my password, the system tells me my number is different from the one on file, even though this is my only number and I’ve never had another one! I tried calling support, but all your automated phone system does is send a link to reset my password! Which I CANNOT reset because it requires a PHONE NUMBER! It’s a complete endless loop! On top of that, you don’t even have a support email address I could write to! Guys, do you really care this little about your customers? ### 1/5 — Cannot delete acc *2026-08-19, version 4.2.27* I want to delete my account, but they keep giving me the run around and refuse to let me remove any of my data from them. Updating to add because I saw the response - That is why they’ve been sued countless times (2017, 2023, 2025, and a class action that was filed in mid-2026.) I did not know any of this when I made my account, I regret using the app. Do not waste your time with it. ### 1/5 — Prepare for thousands of calls *2026-08-17, version 4.2.27* App has no option to unsubscribe/delete account.
