Nur wenige Stunden später habe ich die Rückmeldung erhalten, dass er hinzugefügt wurde. Auch mit der App selbst bin ich sehr zufrieden. Gute Funktionen, sehr intuitiv und übersichtlich gestaltet. Selbst wenn man einmal einen Platzstatus eines alten Platzratings entdeckt, wird diese durch ausführliche Information über den Support-Dienst binnen 24 Stunden aktualisiert. Ein richtig professioneller und guter Service. Wichtig genauso: die aktuellen Golfregeln. In Zweifelsfällen kann man immer vor Ort relativ schnell nachschlagen und Gewissheit erlangen. ### 5/5 — Beste App ever! *2023-03-12* Modul für Score Card super einfach zu bedienen. Alles sehr übersichtlich, nicht zu viel Information, die manchmal verwirrt sondern sehr klare Darstellung. Ich tue auch etwas für die Umwelt und nutze im privaten Runden keinen Score Card mehr aus Papier. Das wichtigste für mich: schnell und professioneller Kunden- Support, wenn beim App-Kauf oder Nutzung etwas nicht funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen, daher 5 Sterne! Weiter so!!! ### 5/5 — Super Support! ⛳️ *2022-08-15* Die App funktioniert gut: Während der Runde kann man sehr einfach seine Schläge eintragen und anschließend die Scorekarte unterschreiben und verschicken/ausdrucken. Ein großes Lob geht an den freundlichen Support, der innerhalb eines Tages die Informationen von einem Golfplatz nach einem Betreiberwechsel angepasst hat. So etwas sieht man nur selten bei Apps. Weiter so! ### 4/5 — Probleme bei der Lizenzverlängerung *2022-06-20* Ich nutze die App schon seit Jahren. Nervig sind allerdings nach wie vor die Rückfragen nach Beenden, ob der Platz bewertet werden soll. Nein, will ich nicht. Warum kann man das nicht in den App-Einstellungen ändern? Einen Stern-Abzug gibt es außerdem dafür, dass die Verlängerung der Jahreslizenz erst möglich wurde, nachdem ich die App komplett vom iPhone entfernt habe. Dadurch sind mir sämtliche im Archiv gespeicherten Golfrunden verloren gegangen sowie sämtliche in den letzten Jahren gespielten Plätze, die ich nun erst wieder mühsam einpflegen muss. ### 5/5 — Kundenservice und Kundenorientierung *2021-10-13* Die App funktioniert seit Jahren bei mir einwandfrei und ist einfach zu bedienen. Lediglich bei den Einstellungen hatte ich eine kleine Herausforderung. Der „ExpertGolf Support“ hat schnell, kompetent , wirksam und freundlich geholfen - keine Nachrichten von einem Roboter, nein, eine persönliche Email mit meinen spezifischen Fragen wurde beantwortet! Auch Änderungen bei fehlerhaften Platzvorgaben wird direkt beantwortet! Ton-That CEO ### 4/5 — Top Support (wirklich schnell) und sehr Funktionelle App. *2021-03-01* Hoffentlich bald mit einem WHI Rechner für die Private Einschätzung und schnelle Auswertung der gespielten Runden. Bisher gibt es erst eine Deutschsprachige App dafür. Die ist mir aber noch zu kompliziert da man sich alle Infos zum Courserating, Slop usw erst aus dem Web ziehen muss. Hätte die GPS App noch eine Bahnübersicht wie Golfshot würde ich sofort wechseln. Zumal mir die Scorekartendarstellung bei Expert Golf besser gefällt.
