If I need to amend my typed text, I have to backspace/delete text. 2) searching client/matter numbers - sometimes when I search for client matter, the client matter does not appear (even though I know the specific matter exists). ### 1/5 — Unreliable, glitches, crashes *2020-01-17* Ive been using the OTG app for nearly two years. I used a competitor before that. OTG is abysmal. The mobile app shouldn’t exist at all. The PC based software is bad enough but add the app to it and the whole system is an abomination.
