Please update the app, does not work correctly on latest iPhone iOS, cannot press correct button, pressing date area prompts to enter client, in order client have to press date area when pressing narrative prompts to enter activity submit button not working either

This dumpster fire of an app is broken beyond belief, constantly going offline on its own accord, refusing to log in, hanging and crashing, missing basic text entry features like the ability to move the cursor, which every other app on iOS has. It has not been updated for 3 years. I mean give me a break.

The app might benefit from a few modifications. 
1) time entry description - when writing a description of a time entry, I cannot toggle back to earlier text. If I need to amend my typed text, I have to backspace/delete text.
2) searching client/matter numbers - sometimes when I search for client matter, the client matter does not appear (even though I know the specific matter exists).

Ive been using the OTG app for nearly two years. I used a competitor before that. OTG is abysmal. The mobile app shouldn’t exist at all. The PC based software is bad enough but add the app to it and the whole system is an abomination. To name just a handful of the biggest issues, the app frequently logs out for no reason, loses its connection to the server without logging out, creates duplicate entries, and changed the dates if entries.

This app used to be great but it hasn’t been updated in a year and it has become unreliable on the iPad Pro.

This app is terrible. Buggy, crashes constantly, I have to close it every time I want to enter time. Do not use it, you will just be frustrated by a tool that is supposed to make your life easier.

The company has no knowledge or documentation on configuring their own app. And their product does not support complex passwords.
