Merci 🙏 Mais il ne faut pas s’arrêter là, il y a encore pas mal de développement à faire : j’ai pu « add to map », ce qui n’apporte rien d’autre qu’un doublement du run et ensuite « remove from map » ne fonctionne pas. Impossible également d’ « update profile ». J’ai obtenu les badges 43 et 100 alors que je n’ai fait qu’une balade de 7km, et j’apparais dans le top avec 44km 🤔 D’ailleurs impossible de modifier son nom ou de renseigner son Pays/région dans ce top. Enfin, un accès à toutes ces infos depuis un site internet complémentaire serait bienvenu. ### 2/5 — Overall UI *2024-10-26, version 3.11.1* App is good, minimalistic but with minor corrections that can enhance UE. Firstly, the profile option is not showing anything it’s not responding at all. Secondly, the app is not tracking the path. That would be much easier for user to see the journey history, along with the statistics. Thirdly, if more features that are to be done by phase remote can be done in app it would be life saving. It would also save the phase remote from continuous button press to hover around the options. GTR mode won’t even power the board enough to take me up a slight hill. Now I’m again, trying to figure out how to delete all settings made by app and then uninstall app. The app itself is super glitchy. The wheel is not usable because it jumps around completely unrelated to my finger. Takes a few attempts to connect to a board, doesn’t always save rides, doesn’t update scroll when using filters and now crashes every time you open it with the most recent update. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t do anything so I just deleted it all together. It just keeps on timing out and it’s really frustrating and like this is there to enhance how fun it is to be riding these boards? It’s a great concept but just frustrating when it’s not working correctly. When I connect it asks to configure my custom profile. I set it but when I click apply it always disconnects. After a certain update the trips record your riding stats but doesn’t register with the leaderboards. The feature was good until it stopped working. Always ask for password to connect 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ ### 1/5 — crashes when recording the ride *2026-03-24, version 3.11.11* was nice to use when it worked.. now it will track the ride but when you hit save to map it crashes and you lose the ride.. ### 1/5 — Why even have this ? *2025-12-29, version 3.11.11* Listen, the app is only useful for one thing, and that’s to update the remote. That’s it. Even that is poorly done as it says there’s an update every time I open the app for the remote and it’s always the same version. The map never works to log rides, and as long as I have had it, they have never update board software. It’s very limited when using any customizations. Sure you can pick 4 new light colors… cool, but would be better if you could add different lighting effects. All in all I wish they would add new features and make it more intuitive, as of now it’s only used to do an update here and there. ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2025-12-15, version 3.11.11* Don’t install the app if you have a GTR board. It’s obviously not designed for the GTR board, it broke mine. I can only use ECO & SPORT, I can no longer use GTR or CUST. The app refers to CORSA instead of GTR?? I’ve tried deleting the app. Reloading. Not matter what I do it will not record. As soon as I finish my ride. I finish. Done. But nothing is saved. Very frustrating. I connected to my bamboo gtr2 in a few seconds, customized my board’s acceleration and braking and off I went on my first ride. It was as seamless as it gets.
