Kalaupun batal jauh sebelum hari H, pembelian dengan harga normal uangnya dikembalikan dipotong 20rb per peserta, itupun masuk sebagai "poin". Kalau masuk sistem poin gabisa pindah ke "wallet", sementara hanya dari wallet baru bisa withdraw. Lah kalau batal tapi perlu uang nya lagi gimana nasibnya? Gabisaaaaaa, harus dipakai untuk beli trip lain. Sistem bodoh. Trip nya bagus, pelayanannnya bagus, tourguidenya ramah, orang lapangannya ramah. Tapi orang belakang layarnya bego.

Ini hanya sekedar aplikasi mediasi yang ngehubungin antara orang yang mau ngetrip dan memang penyelenggara trip. Tapi misskom juga antara CS aplikasi dan penyelenggara. Saya mau trip, udah nanya2 dr h-7 dan baru diinvite 2 jam sebelum trip jalan :)

Tau efeknya apa? Saya dimasukin ke list bus yang emg masih ada sisa kursi. Tempat duduk gk enak karena dpt tempat sisaan. Banyak info yang miss. Pas pulang beres trip tbtb tempat ada penumpang TAMBAHAN yang lagi SAKIT duduk samping saya, ngambil tempat seenaknya. Jadi guys gk usah pake aplikasi ini. Mending cari penyelenggara trip dr IG langsung ato dr temen2 kalian yang emg udah pernah trip.

The trip was unprofessionally canceled by the organizer (explorer) just H-1 before departure due to a lack of participants. What’s even more unacceptable is their refusal to offer a free reschedule, despite the same trip with the same meeting point proceeding the very next day. To make matters worse, they credited the refund to the wallet without my consent, forcing me to go through the tedious process of transferring it to my bank account, incurring admin fees and waiting up to 30 days.

On top of that, there is zero transparency about the number of participants who have booked the trip. Customers have no way of knowing whether the trip meets the minimum quota or not, and this critical information should be clearly stated on the app before booking. This level of incompetence, lack of accountability, and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable.
