Dose not say anything that you have to pay in app but gives you free trial then pay through the nose

This app simply doesn’t work. The main app (ExplorOz Traveller) is very good but this “tracker” app is a complete waste of money. The reason I got it was to know where family members are during remote camping/4WD trips, where there’s no phone or internet reception. Have tried it a couple of times and it doesn’t work. Just constantly get a “working on it” message. Absolute rubbish app. Very disappointed.

Also - the developer replied to another dissatisfied customer “it’s a free app”. This is a lie!! You can download the app for free but have to be a paid member to actually use it!!!!

Wow, incompetent staff makes a coding error and we loose all our track history. 
Response from developer is “That’s a shame”.
Claims we missed an update so pretty much it’s our fault. 
This claims to be a REMOTE OFFLINE application so I would love to know how they expect you to get every update (and so rectify their mistake before losing thousands of kilometres in tracking) WHEN YOU ARE HUNDREDS OF KILOMETRES FROM MOBILE SERVICE!
When support contacted and questioned about issue they fail to respond to our reply and service ticket is now “Canceled“.
Yet another cash grabbing app developer using App Store anonymity to absolve them of their mistakes.
HEMA is rubbish, this is only marginally better.
If only Oziexplorer was available on iOS.

**Developer response:** Tracker is a free app. Your issue does not relate to this app and no data was lost from your account. You misunderstood the concept of the Snail Trail feature in the Traveller app as I tried to explain to you. This review is misguided, incorrect and invalid.

Saved the app tab on my iPhone 12 Home Screen but keeps switching it to tracker app and all I get on that is blank settings screen, I then have to open it thru purchased apps (which I have) in App Store. Works well when I can get it TO WORK.

Awesome App that does what we wanted.  Navigation on 4x4 and remote tracks, and someone at home can track our location and know exactly where we are in case of an emergency.

Got the Tracker app last week and once set up had to go for a drive to see that it worked ok, traveled some 120ks, on return to home found that it was almost dead accurate. Wonderful app for those who travel, as we do, but unfortunately not at the moment.

Very good app so far still learning about it.
The main thing I will use it for is driving around farm property’s. I need to be able to make a snail trail around the farm paddocks so when I go to a farm I will have a trail to follow.
Hopefully I can use this feature

I’ve used the ExplorOz Tracker app for a few years now… love it. So easy to use.. just open the app, hit the toggle button and it starts tracking. I’ve been around Oz a few times with a lot of remote travel… my family can track me virtually real time… which gives me and my family peace of mind. I don’t travel without it. Thumbs up from me :)
