万博には1回しか行けず、アプリも使いこなせずでしたがレビューしておきます
色々不満もありましたが突き詰めればそれば万博公式サイトとチケットサイトに関してで、アプリは見やすくて基本的には良かったと思います。
地図が少し見づらく、実際の縮図より少しデフォルメしても良かったのかなって思いました。
ショップやレストラン(特にパビリオンカフェ)が見つけられず、家に帰ってからこんなところあったのか！と思っていました。
想像なんですけど、｢近くに行けば看板があるからふらっと入れば｣みたいな感じだったのかな？と
実際は恐らくシミュレーションより人流が多すぎて、そこに飲食店があるかどうかなんて5m手前でもわかりませんでした。
もしまた似たようなイベントで貴社が作ることあればフィードバックして使いやすくしてくれたらと思います。
みゃくみゃくのアイコンはかわいいです！

地図を拡大縮小しようとするといきなりシンプルな地図になってしまい、非常に使いづらい。地図に関して言えば、Personal Agentの方が使いやすいのでそっちを使うのをお勧めします。

普通に考えて、このアプリでチケット購入から来場予約、パビリオン予約、レストラン予約までできるべきでしょう。当日の待ち時間や混雑具合、現在地からの所要時間も出して欲しいですし、このアプリで当日のスケジュールを組み立てたり、予約時間前の通知とかも出して欲しかったですね。アプリをいろいろ分けているのも意味不明ですが、一番肝心のチケット関係をアプリにしなかったのはどういうことなのでしょうか。

なんというか、一番未来を感じないアプリでした。残念

This is not an app.  For the most part it just opens a browser. Doesn’t keep your tickets accessible. Doesn’t provide useful information.  You would think the world Expo would invest at least something for a decent app but no.

Astonishingly bad given the size of this event. It’s basically a series of links. Every link requires you to log in again with your id AND then go thru a verification process thru email…every single time!

Horrendous map. You cannot easily show your tickets. Impossible to make reservations. Written by google translate. Woefully bad app to go along with what is an appallingly poorly organized event. Very surprising and very disappointing.

Die App ist so schlecht wie der gesamte umständliche Orgaprozess für diese Veranstaltung und dem Ereignis nicht würdig. M.E. sollte die Dachorganisation der Expo (BIE) den gesamten Orga- und Kommunikationsprozess professionalisieren.

Scrolling on the map is unnecessarily annoying and the filtering function does not apply to the map but opens a list and closes the map?? On-Site reservations via App are practically impossible to get. On two occasions the App randomly switched back to japanese, even with english being selected in the language settings. Besides that, most functions the App claims to provide just redirect to the Website, which ironically, is even worse than the App. Tech meeting must've sounded like: "Let's make everything reliant on the Website and then spend no money on the servers and Infrastructure so that everyone constantly has to wait in line to access it". A horrible experience through and through.
