The app has a map so you can see all of the places that are impossible to visit due to the overly complicated lottery or “reservation” system. Classic greed to overbook tickets then have nothing for people to do beyond stand in hours-long lines for the few places that are available without luck. ### 1/5 — Needs Significant Improvement *2025-09-21, version 2.0.8* I’m really disappointed with this app. The user experience is frustrating and not intuitive at all. What is the use of this app??! Also why are there 3??????????? different expo apps including the wallet?! It makes no sense that this app AND the personal assistant one both have the map functionality. But the one in this app is much more mediocre, and some links even redirect to the other app To just VIEW your tickets, there is a queue.. The user interface is UNINTUITIVE and the information is not presented in a way that highlights important things I don't have a single positive thing to say about the app. ### 1/5 — Don’t download this app *2025-09-01, version 2.0.8* The app is extremely slow and crashes often. Even simple things like opening the map require constant logins, which is very frustrating. Many links don’t work and the navigation is confusing. Very disappointing for a world expo. ### 3/5 — 待ち時間が... *2025-08-31, version 2.0.8* 使ってみて、そこそこ満足はしてるものの、2点ほど、悪い点があります。 まず一つ目が、マイチケットを開く際に、いちいちIDとパスワードを入れる必要があることです。 セキュリティ上わかりますが、流石にチケット使用中はIDとパスワードなしでログインできるようにして欲しいです。 二つ目は、パビリオンの待ち時間についてです。 このアプリには、パビリオンの待ち時間が見れる部分があるのですが、ほんの一部のパビリオンしか表示されず、ほとんどは 「待ち時間は現地でご確認ください。」 と表記されています。 なんとこれ、イタリア館やクウェート館、中国館、日本館、オーストリア館、パソナネイチャーバース館などの 人気パビリオンの待ち時間はほとんど出ません。 これでは意味がありません ### 1/5 — Der größte Fail ever *2025-08-29, version 2.0.8* Wie schlecht kann man eine App umsetzen. It detracted from the day and made everything more frustrating and confusing. ### 1/5 — 地図の使い勝手が悪い *2025-10-06, version 2.0.8* 地図を拡大縮小しようとするといきなりシンプルな地図になってしまい、非常に使いづらい。地図に関して言えば、Personal Agentの方が使いやすいのでそっちを使うのをお勧めします。 普通に考えて、このアプリでチケット購入から来場予約、パビリオン予約、レストラン予約までできるべきでしょう。当日の待ち時間や混雑具合、現在地からの所要時間も出して欲しいですし、このアプリで当日のスケジュールを組み立てたり、予約時間前の通知とかも出して欲しかったですね。アプリをいろいろ分けているのも意味不明ですが、一番肝心のチケット関係をアプリにしなかったのはどういうことなのでしょうか。 なんというか、一番未来を感じないアプリでした。残念 ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-10-05, version 2.0.8* This is not an app. For the most part it just opens a browser. On-Site reservations via App are practically impossible to get. On two occasions the App randomly switched back to japanese, even with english being selected in the language settings. Besides that, most functions the App claims to provide just redirect to the Website, which ironically, is even worse than the App. Tech meeting must've sounded like: "Let's make everything reliant on the Website and then spend no money on the servers and Infrastructure so that everyone constantly has to wait in line to access it". This app seems “half-baked” because of the actual expo, which probably costs a lot of money. If you are able to navigate the website easily you most likely don’t need but I thought it was helpful on the go. I also enjoyed the expo greatly and got in easily (only had to wait five minutes for entry) and thought it was quite spectacular.
