I took a backup and after reset factory wants to import it , it doesn’t accept the file from outside of application 
No support 
I will request a refund 
Don’t waste your time with this app

***Update: Nice try. I wrote this review back in February, and they only responded in August telling me to contact support. Six months later — seriously?

This is a deceptive app that misleadingly charges and does not perform the advertised functions. It does not contain necessary instructions on usage. Avoid.
