## What is Export Message PDF?

Export Message AI turns chat screenshots and screen recordings into a readable conversation you can review and export as PDF, CSV, or TXT.

Capture the conversation on your iPhone, import the files, and use AI recognition to rebuild the thread. Check the wording and timestamps, edit messages, and generate a free PDF preview before exporting.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Capture the conversation with screenshots or a screen recording.
2. Import your files. Videos must be 2 minutes or shorter; trim longer recordings in the app before recognition.
3. Use cloud-based AI recognition to extract messages and merge overlapping screens.
4. Review the rebuilt conversation, correct recognition errors, and choose an export format.

EXPORT FORMATS
• PDF: A searchable, printable copy with optional participant details, timestamps, page numbers, and a generation statement.
• CSV: Structured rows for sorting and reviewing in a spreadsheet.
• TXT: A plain-text copy for saving or sharing.

WORKS FROM THE CHATS YOU CAPTURE
Import screenshots or recordings of conversations from Messages, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, LINE, WeChat, and other messaging apps. Capture quality and chat layout can affect recognition results. Always review the reconstructed conversation before sharing it.

The app does not require you to sign in to your messaging accounts or directly access another app's message database. It does not recover deleted messages. The visible-timestamp option uses timestamps shown in your captures rather than inventing missing times.

CLOUD PROCESSING AND PRIVACY
AI recognition requires an internet connection. Imported screenshots and selected frames from recordings are uploaded to our servers and processed using AI service providers to recognize and reconstruct the conversation. Recognition is not performed entirely on your iPhone. Review the in-app data processing notice and Privacy Policy before starting recognition.

You can review and edit the results in the app before export. Export Message AI does not certify that an exported file is admissible in court. You are responsible for having permission to capture and share the conversation.
