## What is ExpPilot?

Expense Butler turns scattered receipts, invoices, and card statements into clean expense reports you can send out with confidence.

Scan a receipt or invoice and automatically capture the merchant, date, amount, payment method, and expense category. Review the extracted details, catch possible duplicates, verify business information, and keep every reimbursable item organized in one place.

When it is time to report expenses, select the receipts you need and export accounting-ready files such as CSV and report packages. You can also compare card statements against saved receipts to find missing records before closing the month.

Key features:
• Scan receipts and invoices
• Extract merchant, date, amount, and category
• Review and edit expense details before saving
• Detect possible duplicate receipts
• Verify business information when available
• Match card statements with saved receipts
• Find missing receipts before reporting
• Export selected expenses for accounting workflows
• Organize expenses by project, trip, and payment method

Expense Butler is built for freelancers, small teams, business travelers, and anyone who wants less paperwork and cleaner expense reports.
