I saw get in the store and assumed it was free! It then charged me to purchase. Don’t get it!

I was unable to secure a booking because the person who used this courier service to deliver a parcel to me had a problem with payment. It’s like being told you can’t pay for your petrol because the car before you hadn’t paid for their petrol.

Further I only discovered this after being called and told that was the problem, then called again by ‘customer service’ to be told that was NOT the problem and that it was a problem with my card! Then called again to be told that the first explanation was correct and the subsequent explanation was incorrect. All the while the time for the URGENT courier I had booked was running out.

The circus doesn’t stop there! A courier did finally attend and picked up the parcel only to turn back hand back the parcel saying the payment was a problem! What a bunch of amateurs. Why anyone would use or even drive for these guys is beyond me.

Currently no ability to track orders made online or over the phone, have to use web page link that is sent from a sms. Need a way to input tracking numbers into the app!

I was called by the driver as he picked up my parcel, he was straight to my door. Drama free, fast, efficient, great friendly staff.👌🏾Defiantly recommended.

I had a new pair of glasses I needed delivered to my office one morning and these guys made it happen with no fuss. Within an hour a courier picked up from SpecSavers and had them at my desk in time for a meeting, and I could track them the entire way. Great tool.
