Some jobs can take weeks, and some only a few days. The turnover rate isn’t a constant flow of in and out, therefore, to find this free invoice program was a blessing! For 2 years I’ve been searching for exactly what express invoice covers! Any program I’ve come across come with a subscription but isn’t conducive for the minimal tools that work for me. I love having the option to experience more shall that day come, but for the 2 basic forms I use, invoice and estimate, I’m above grateful that it’s offered to me without cost. The available templates allow you to customize the invoice with your personal taste. The final result is the printed organized and professional looking form that his customers can clearly follow and read, instead of the former handwritten carbon copy we originally began with! I have a full time job so if a last minute, if I need to, I can easily jump on the app, fill in what I need and print directly to his printer at the shop! This has been a game changer for this accountant, who IS NOT an accountant!! I can login on my cell phone or my tablet and give the customer the exact estimate to make the process easier. Reading the functional features there is no difference, Maybe the developers can explain the additional features in the pro version,? Until then I’ll use the basic invoice generator with manual cloud backup, Which obviously is not as good as this invoice express program, I need one good permanent program This fits in fine, With working back up be it in local devices This program is definitely 5/5 ### 5/5 — Absolutely the best . *2022-07-25, version 8.24* I’ve been using this app for a few years now, and must say it is by far the best app out there, I have tried many other apps, and they just don’t compare, since using Express Accounts or ExpressInvoice which I was using first for couple years, then upgraded to Express Accounts, it took away all the frustration I was having, trying to work with other similar apps, there was always issues with the other apps, they just couldn’t get the job done, that was my experience anyways. I’m so much happier with ExpressInvoice / Accounts and so far have not had any problems with this App, and like I said I have been using them now for some years. Keep up the good work. Feedback: -some items would display the wrong quantity when the final invoice is printed -random freezing of UI -random crashing of app -invoice is ruined and need to create the invoice over again if you remove an item after the invoice has been recorded, this means there cannot be any mistakes or if a customer doesn’t want an item you would have to re-create a whole new invoice. Very time consuming if the customer has over 25 items. -no search function for items, must memorize SKU or scroll bar very time consuming inputting items ### 1/5 — Make lots of drafs *2022-04-09, version 8.24* Most of the time when i make invoice and save it then it saved as empty draft already reviewed before. ### 1/5 — Pas assez communiquant avec le logiciel Mac *2021-01-23* Je juge ici la version mobile du logiciel. La synchronisation avec differents support (iOs et MacOs) était séduisant. Sauf que lorsque je l'utilise sur iOs je me retrouve avec une mise en page totalement différente de ce que j'ai configuré sur Mac et encore pire, tout en Anglais. Donc la saisie entre la version iOs et MacOs n'est pas transparente, il faut reprendre les factures et devis sur Mac pour leur envoyer les documents avec la bonne mise en page. The application works, however there are several drawbacks. My first and biggest complaint is the lack of customer support. Getting through to technical support representative is a nightmare, and unless you pay a subscription fee for support, you won’t get any help. Trying to get computers to sync is a nightmare, and if you do it incorrectly, you will lose all of your current invoices. No flexibility within the app itself to add contract terms and conditions. I purchased a new iPad generation 6 and backed up data off old iPad just in case my old one ever died. This day has come. I have spent a whole day trying to get the email service to work to send out invoices with no luck. If you still have the iPad 2, one thing to check would be comparing the email settings in the old device to the new one.
