I purchased this because I was attempting to incorporate a app that can do both useful things like recording and converting and I thought that this app did convert files, but I am at a loss when it comes to the Help part of the app. It’s it’s it takes some commitment and attention span to be able to get through the help portion of this app. It makes someone feel very stupid very quickly seeing more words than pictures I guess and I sound I feel like I sound stupid saying this, but people are visually people visually retain information a lot better than words. It’s just how humans work so I shouldn’t really feel stupid about that, but it would be a lot better if there is some videos or even some pictures to show what you’re talking about instead of just words telling me where to go because I’m having a hard timenavigating I do like it it’s got potential but it’s please get an auto tune feature. Please convert files to MP3 WAV format AIF is just lame and that’s all that I’m getting and I have to pay $10 a month for a stupid converting app whenever I used to be able to just convert on website on my browser for free and now I can’t anymore for some reason I’m a little frustrated. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Far better than any app I’ve tried so far. Easy to use for the most part and very intuitive as an app should be. I produce audio dramas with actors all over the world sending me their dialogue. I had it EXACTLY how I wanted it to sound, And POOF! Gone. An unlimited tracks subscription! Rubbish! ### 1/5 — Don’t Purchase *2019-10-14* NCH has no love for iPad os or Mac OS. Not allowed to import from iCloud only from the music app which your wav or mp3 files are not stored there. And forget about downloading this for the Mac hasn’t been updated in 2 years so it will not work on newer Mac software. It hurts to leave one star.
