This type of login in has been around for a long time now and the only way to log into the Child Support app is with a MyGov username and password, there is no option to login using Digital ID. This needs to be updated immediately as I’m sure thousands of people can’t even use the app due to this issue. There is physically no way for me to login to the app. Disappointing. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-09-30, version 3.1.1* Keeps telling me my login is incorrect, change password, tells me login is still incorrect, rinse and repeat. This is like Robodebt all over again. No wonder fathers kill themselves over this. The Child Support Agency have blood on their hands. It’s the hidden shame of the Australian government. Now they require you to login to the app to get your tax summary for Tax time….. this is a great example of the education level it takes to work for the government.
