The automated voice does everything possible to not allowing access to an associate. The most frustrating experience. My current plan is to move all prescriptions to a local pharmacy regardless of cost.

All of my prescriptions are stopped because I “don’t have a payment method.” I did have a payment method. I updated that payment method anyway, waited a week, and it still will not process due to lack of payment method (that I have used other places since). Didn’t have time to wait so had my prescriber send the rx to a local pharmacy but somehow express scripts has marked these prescriptions as filled for insurance purposes even though THEY WON’T FILL THEM so now I’m stuck without meds. I get attention to detail in systems is hard, but this actually affects people’s health so maybe just try.

Why do I have to keep going in and restarting auto pay, then I have to pay for it and schedule it. That doesn’t sound like auto pay to me.

Sometimes I just forget about refilling my ‘scripts. Something I should remember just falls behind those constant everyday 1st world promblems. Evernorth, formerly 
E-Scrits, always saves the day. I appreciate the fact that something as simple as reminder to refill a ‘script is sent via email.

It’s frustrating to use Express Scripts.  First things are on auto refill then suddenly they’re not.  It’s gotten very expensive compared to local drug stores.  Just not very user friendly most of the time.

I found my birthdate in the app did not match my account records nor did it match the web version for Express Scripts.  If they can’t pull data from the same location and have it match on a birthdate, well one has to wonder if there are other errors.  Can I trust the iPhone app???
