I’ve always taken it on faith that it would be shipped soon. I found the new feature which is to give the patient a minimum of 11 days from order to delivery. There’s nothing express about that. Not long after I ordered, I checked the status and was greeted with the vague message that fulfillment is pending because either me or my prescriber put it on hold. It’s after hours so I know it wasn’t the doctor. I certainly didn’t put it on hold. Examples are some screens are extremely large. You cannot see nor read, another case you fill out everything for you to be able to use Face ID if you go directly to the app you may be able to use Face ID but if you open up an email, it will not take the Face ID and you have to enter in username and password. At times to receive an email that says you need to refill prescription because there were only a few days left of the prescription so you go on to fill it all out to order it only to receive another email. It says it’s too early for you to order and for them to process. There is no indication when you want to look at a prescription and see the cost. The amount of hoops you have to go through is ridiculous and I can’t tell you how many times I get “system error” no clue why my company even uses express scripts. I call Express Scripts to get my date scheduled for when my Mojarro runs out. They are unable to move the date. Everything is set in stone. Nobody can do anything going through multiple calls. all guarantee me I will get my meds in time and sure enough they’re late by over four days. Always landing on a weekend my product is supposed to be kept cool. It comes to me warm that’s how stupid and inconsiderate Express Scripts takes care of their people. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone based on the inconsiderate, unmovable and lack of care they give to every caller.
