Disappointed tbh ### 1/5 — This App took my money without a booking. *2020-01-11, version 32.0.2* This morning I noticed the App had taken 3p in 3 separate transactions of 1p each. What right do you have to do this? I didn’t order a taxi. Please refund my money and explain how this happened. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2019-09-08, version 32.0.2* Absolutely rubbish service! Don’t even bother with express. I’ve had so many problems with them! If you’re looking for a good taxi service in Falkirk I highly recommend Bruce taxis ### 1/5 — Terrible TERRIBLE app *2019-08-13, version 32.0.2* App says no cars available, more often or not, yet when I call the number I get a cab right away. The app crashes when I use it most times and you can’t set a pickup location easily, unless it’s where you are right now. If you are trying to mimick Uber you are failing miserably. Can’t wait for Uber to be available in my area. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-11-17, version 12.20.1* Don’t use this app. They don’t communicate the location with the drivers, they just guess then leave you at your pick up point if they can’t find you, rather than find you by calling you? ### 1/5 — No card payments *2018-11-07, version 12.20.1* Used to be able to add your debit card and pay that way. But this seems to be no longer available...that was the only point of the app! ### 1/5 — Cards not accepted *2018-10-09, version 12.20.1* The major positive of this app was that you could make card payments. This functionality has stopped and therefore has no use. I used to use it all the time and now don’t see the point. Tried this morning again after a few months. Same behaviour. Same rotten app. Deleting it again. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2014-09-13, version 10.16* This app won't even let me register, just shows how bad the rest of the app is. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t bother using the app *2025-01-17, version 35.1.7* If I want to be picked up at the specific place that I am at, the app will not register it and say that I am km’s away from where I am. You should be able to PINPOINT exactly where you want picked up, not just a random close by address. Instead of being picked up at the grocery store, the taxi was all the way around the building near a block of flats. Driver cancelled the ride before I could find him/reach the car - since it was so far from the store. Driver told me to phone in the future and blamed me for not calling and using the app… ### 1/5 — Use absolutely any other taxi service *2024-09-30, version 34.5.10* Useless almost every time. I will not be booking with again. Pre-booked a taxi for 14:55. 15:00 and no taxi so I phone, “we’re just waiting on a car it will be 10 mins”. Why do you not have cars available for Pre-booked taxis??? Finally car gets assigned and I am sent tracking. Car is 6 mins away in another town then all of a sudden “sorry we missed you” my booking is terminated. So I phone again “sorry we don’t know what happened we’ll send another one” now it is 15:25 and I am still waiting for my Pre-booked taxi. Its not the first time express taxis have messed me about but it is the last. Drivers are more often than not useless and sit in car parks for ages instead of coming to get you or only wait 2 seconds outside your door and drive off before you’ve had time to walk down the drive. They see you coming and deliberately step on the gas. Use literally ANY other company if you actually want to get where you’re going ### 1/5 — Easily worst taxi service in central belt *2023-12-17, version 34.5.10* Book through their app and don’t bother to call back and will happily accept any random person at location. Phone up to complain and be met by denial. Shocking service. Drove well past my address then blamed me for not informing him, even though I’d given it to the person on reception. Allows me to see what my waiting time will be for a car! The company is also fantastic, especially during the pandemic as when I was in isolation for two weeks the company were able to buy my essentials and deliver my parcels! Staff were also very understanding on the phone! This has only ever worked for me when I pre-book in the afternoon for a taxi at night. So I always end up phoning, and it turns out taxis are available after all.
