Results can sometimes vary depending on the original photo, but we’re always working to make the experience better with each update. If you’d like, please contact us through the in-app support and we’d be happy to take a look at your photo and assist you.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for supporting Reshot AI! 🙏 Our app focuses on editing or changing facial expressions while keeping the original photo’s natural look — we don’t enhance or upscale by default to preserve that authenticity. However, we do offer a separate feature called AI Photo Enhancer if you’d like to improve image quality or sharpness. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the experience smoother in upcoming updates. 💙

We’re continuously improving detection for wider or regular photos to make it work better in all situations.
