It takes forever to load, if it loads at all. If it times out, there’s an option to report the issue, except that button doesn’t work, only the button to dismiss does. Numerous times, I’ve gotten the app to load, but it doesn’t show my job, even when I’m actively clocked in, so I have to force close the app and try again, hoping it’ll actually load up. The other thing that’s more of an annoyance than a major problem is that the app defaults to my next shift after my current shift’s start time. So I’ll clock in for today, then when I go to clock out/in for lunch, it’s already defaulting to the next shift, so I have to manually go back to my current shift to make my punches. Last thing: we need to actually be given advance notice of “scheduled maintenance”, with an eta for how like the app will be down. I told him I have and showed him proof, after he said there is no communication on my end. His response? “Unfortunately, this concludes our communication. Oh, that’s right, this thing called the internet exists where I can simply search for Express-specific postings. My coworker has the same exact issue.
