That's where it all went downhill and I was ripped off - money was debited from my account without my authorisation or transaction made, days after using their bank direct service. Very very bad customer service, they really deserve an award for the worst customer service app. Any time you call the customer service line you are put on hold and cut off moments later each time being charged for the call. As for emails forget it. Call back from their app forget it.
