I got a new phone, and am now unable to connect the device because I do not have the password.

The first time I downloaded the app everything worked fine and ran smoothly . I think I accidentally deleted the app at one point so I just downloaded it again. I tried connecting the app to the pore vacuum’s wifi, but the wifi shows no signal so it won’t let me access the camera on the app. For some odd reason the wifi name is different in settings now, as opposed to the wifi name that came with manual instructions. The light on the vacuum activates when I connect to this new wifi but it won’t let me access the camera, that’s the only issue. Please fix this
