Once you buy the tickets, you have to write a message for the support team, so they can schedule you. Their replies are incredibly hard, and whn you ask for a refund, they never get back to you. It forces you to get their app to buy tickets while they could simply allow you to buy them in browser. Their payment page is broken as i’ve done 3d secure three times on 3 transactions and none worked. Following this, i got logged out the app, its asking me to create a new account again And whatever i write in DOB or name, the inputs go red. Long story short, horrible name, horrible app, horrible execution. ### 1/5 — User unfriendly *2024-02-20, version 1.2.9* Just wanted some festival tickets. No possibility of downloading the tickets on website. You have to download the app to see more information (that’s what they say on the website). Absolutely useless and annoying. ### 1/5 — 404-developers not found *2022-11-29, version 1.2.3* Bought an Untold ticket, got charged twice (thanks God I changed the credit card after the incident, or else they would have charged me a third time). Not to mention the extra taxes for the ticket that they never told us about.
