Instead she charged me the full price. I was literally coming from the hospital as well . When I went downstairs and asked her. She said she doesn’t know to properly use the system. However, I’ve stayed here before multiple times with my wife Marisa Curto in the previous visits and that same beautiful lady has done it before and checked us in on multiple occasions. Stay away! ### 1/5 — Gross housekeeping/Halls are covered in filth/bathrooms are disgusting *2023-08-14* I had checked in and the gentleman booked me in room 307. Hauled all my bags to the room. Went into the bathroom and there was feces on the toilet seat rim and the lid itself. I then informed the gentleman who checked me in after I brought all my belongings in 307 he then gave me 403 which still wasn’t clean but at least feces wasn’t anywhere visible. Floors were sticky to find There was no night stand , no complimentary bud q aaa soaps. Very disappointed in this extend stay America. Nothing like the one I stayed in in maitland Florida. Love Maitland pembrook location but Sanford needs help.
