## What is Extra Work Ledger?

ExtraWorkLedger helps contractors, site leads, and independent workers keep a clear local record when the agreed work changes.

Save shared text, images, PDFs, and files to an inbox. Organize them by project and change work, then connect the evidence that supports a request, approval, delay, completion, or billing discussion.

Core tools:

• Capture text, images, PDFs, and files through the iOS Share Sheet
• Organize projects and change work records
• Record approval, work, and settlement status separately
• Link evidence to the relevant project or change work
• Record delay details and prepare extra-fee message drafts
• Generate, preview, and export PDF records
• Export and restore user-controlled ZIP backups

Local-first by design:

• No ExtraWorkLedger account
• No field-record cloud sync
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDK
• Project, evidence, PDF, and backup content stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it
• No server recovery if the device is lost without an accessible backup

Free mode lets you try the complete workflow with record limits and a Free Mode PDF watermark. A one-time App Store purchase removes those limits and the watermark. The localized price is shown in the app before purchase. Restore is available for the same Apple Account.
