The main downside is thst is almost impossible to play it. The waiting time keeps going and after 20 minutes you still don’t get into the game. But the queue takes WAYYYYYYYY too long that by the time you start new game an hour or so have already passed. Yes it’s that long. At least for me it took at least an hour and some minutes. So I was able to play, literally A game. Like 1 game after having the app open for like 2 hours. And after waiting it decided to crash on me. What’s the fun in that. Hope this can be fixed I’d really love to play the game. I love the characters the skins and the gameplay. Arcade and other game mode seems fun too but since none of the queue was working I wouldn’t know. So please fix that. ### 3/5 — Waiting time *2022-06-01* The waiting time in between ranked matches and casual including seem to take far too long and the player loses interest sooner than one would expect.. ### 2/5 — Long queue times/low player count *2022-05-10, version 4.3.11* Okay so I have been playing this game for a couple months now and put some decent money to it and now today I am uninstalling it this past few weeks I’ve introduce the game to a friend of mines and now we both have problems. First is the longer than ever wait times at first the estimation said 1 min sometimes 3 min but this past month it’s been 8 min for a 5v5 non raked battle and 15 min for ranked everything else was higher I don’t understand how you intend to keep people interested in this game when all you play is bots. The bots have a way better team play than random players who never met so you most likely loose if anyone goes solo. ### 4/5 — Extraordinary Ones *2022-04-08, version 4.3.5* So far made two accounts (one for US and one for Asia) and I have to say that even though they update the game it could be better if they fix Asia server latency. The game is simple and like lol sort of but less items. If they made more champs affordable then there would be a lot of potential here. Some items that do attack dmg should have health because there is only 9 slots for the items for which I wish they had 2-3 more. If also teams weren’t so AI all the time and you didn’t get ks’d would be more fun. I also wish you could flash faster after being CC’d cuz that would make for less deaths. Also if plan pages and clapper weren’t so expensive for captains and the members for each would be better(for the little members 100 each would be better and for captains 1000 or like 500 would be better instead of 5,000 for one of em). One more gripe….PLEASE…!!! make it so adc can’t be picked top lane..idk how many times I go top and I get crushed by someone that locks that role in. Other than that great game! Wish there were more players 🥺ty to game creators even though I’m late to playing for still caring to make stuff for it. ### 4/5 — Matching & bots *2022-01-31* The game has so much potential and I’m in love with the art style and functions, but the queue takes so long. There’s even matching times where it goes up to half an hour (please fix this!) and while matching sometimes we can get bots into the game which disrupts people’s gameplay, and objecting during the match! Even though there aren’t as much people playing Extraordinary Ones, you can advertise it just as well to get more eyes into the game! The only main thing, that could be better is the queue times. Please fix the matching, it takes too long. ### 3/5 — Good potential, but a few flaws. *2021-12-20* This game has everything it needs to become a great game. The heroes are fun and unique, there are engaging events and it is rewarding to play. The two major flaws I think are: 1. The lag. Every time I play it is usually at around 200 MS, and that’s not my wifi, as when I play other MOBA’s I get 30 ms. 2. The smurfers. Because this game isn’t very popular, new players get matched up with extremely loyal players, which have played for so long, which make for a bad matchmaking. Anyways, this game overall is still fun to play, but I wish the developers could really dress these issues. ### 2/5 — Awesome game but unplayable *2021-12-17, version 4.3.5* This moba game has great visual and I love how all the characters are so diverse and usnique, both their skills and characteristics in general. But when you constantly have 430ms, you can’t even move during battle. This game have a bright future ahead of it but the matchmaking que could be optimized better so that I players wont match up with or against someone on the other side of the world from them. Or maybe there’s another reason why my MS is terrible. But as far as I know, it’s not because of my Wi-Fi since my Ms is perfectly fine in other moba games. The art style is great, the characters are all fairly well balanced, and the tutorial is pretty thorough. That said, this game has a few issues that still need to be fixed. The biggest being the issue of lag. This game has struggled with having constant and massive lag spikes ever since it’s launch. Despite having been available for quite some time, the ridiculous amount of lag is still present. Even when set to the lowest possible graphic settings the game still lags constantly making it almost unplayable at times. If you can do something about the lag this could actually turn into a really great MOBA. But until then? So i ve played this before. At that time, years ago, i first thought perhaps my country was still developing so my internet connection was not good enough. but now, we have fairly good internet speed. But still the server speed of this game is lagging. I cant play well. This game has two servers. i ve tried both of them and the final result is the same. server speed is Still Lagging. the game characters are very, very attractive and endearing, and unique as well. U will not find other MOBA games with these kinds of japanese anime characters. Rank is just not fun to play with half the match fill with dev AI. 2. There should be like a rank par up in casual because a lot of the time new play get throw into a match with very experienced player and they could get discouraged on the game. 3. This moba is fast pace and it alright but there some gear making a character too strong for example adc Rocket with a crit build he does around 2.5k damage and most hero is around 6k hp at max unless you a tank or tank build. 4. Balancing, as you well know sometimes a hero can get too strong and throw what ever the meta was into the trash some hero are in dire need of some balanced not going name them because it the dev job to see what’s going on in the game and maybe develop a feedback with the most play hero and let player choose is it too strong, weak or just about right. ### 1/5 — Developers Dont Care *2020-05-18, version 1.0.83* This moba is REALLY one of the best ones I’ve played. The problems that make the game unplayable is the lack of player base, 20 minute queue times, and, to top it off, you’re guaranteed to have at least 2 bots on your team instead of actual players. This makes for some terrible games and honestly discourages anyone from wanting to play again. I loved the game when it first came out, the characters are awesome and pretty balanced when you actually have a team of players. Everyone in high elo in this game basically farms the bots, so there’s no actual way of knowing who’s a good player or not when you reach the high elos. Its sad to see that the company is letting such a good game die. There’s no promotions anywhere for the game and event rewards are terrible. Either fix the game or let it die already. ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-05-10* They have somehow managed to charge me double on my purchases. And have no useful support to request refund. Only thin that stands out is the fact it has an anime concept. Support is horrible. Gameplay is mediocre. ### 1/5 — Great but horrible. *2020-05-05, version 1.0.83* I love this game don’t get my wrong, I’ve even spent money on it. The characters and costumes are all so unique and each character has fun skills, it is very competitive and casual. But, it’s horrible. Every match I’m in there are bots, I’ve lost at least 15 rank matches in a row bc it was only me and 1 other real player on my team. My rank is going down constantly and it does not go up what so ever. I went from graduate 2, to graduate 1 in 5 matches. And I’m not trying to brag and say “ I’m the best player, better than everyone else.” But I am a good player, I’ve played dozens of 5 v 5 games so I do have experience and I know builds and what to use and not to, so me loosing 15 matches is not my fault ( I get that this may sound “ victim) And matches take 10 minutes to find when going rank, and then when I get a match someone won’t hit ready and then it ends up being another 10 minutes and before you know it, you’ve been waiting 25 minutes for a match you just lost because your whole team were bots are literally 2 ranks below you bc this game puts way lower ranks with you which makes no sense at all. I love this game, I truly do but I can be honest and say for a fact that this game is horrible, the devs never listen and I’m sure they won’t ever. If the devs ever fix these issues maybe I’ll consider giving it a 5 star. Until then 1 star, I would put 0 stars if I could. ### 1/5 — This is not fair!!! *2020-05-05, version 1.0.83* So I have been playing for a while. The only reason I liked it was because of the characters. But recently I encountered something that’s just outrageous and very frustrating. I was playing 5v5 with only me being the real player. (You know when someone is ai, they all have the same move pattern) I had bad connection just that one day and got d/c two times and couldn’t make it back in time. Because of that, an “ai” reporter me for being AFK, which result in me losing 7 points. That match was never recorded and I can’t view it. The funny part was that I did everything the first d/c we still had two towers per lane and when I came back there was none left. AFK shouldn’t mean bad connection, it mean that person did nothing, barely any kills or assist, and just stood there the whole round. (I had twice the amount of kills) Having bad connection while playing an ai match shouldn’t matter, that’s why they play ai so it doesn’t effect others. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — This game needs more love *2022-06-17, version 4.3.11* In my opinion i think this game lacks popularity in american server and its takes ages to find a match cause of it but when you do play it its really fun super good. i love it so much and the problem for me is just i feel like its not getting much love like onmyoji arena theses are 2 great games that that dosent have alot of people playing like come on now there better than mobile legends and they both have such good graphics and you gotta love the art design in theses to games and thats all i gotta say ### 5/5 — Amazing!! *2022-03-26, version 4.3.5* The graphics are great, for the map and the characters. The animation is great. The concept is great too. I especially love that you can do something else while waiting to play. You can wake up, and set a que for a match! However, I agree with another persons comment about the whole matching system and I’m not one to be rude, whether they don’t care when they get into a match or it’s because of a technical problem like low wifi or crappy internet. I’ve experienced that when I’m unable to move my character for a bit in a match. That has nothing to do with you though. You guys don’t have any control of people’s internet/wifi. It’s all on us players for that. I just feel bad when I lose credits because of that and I think about moving somewhere where it’s a little better. I really love this game though and I really love Jupiter’s handbook skin in black and red and I can’t wait to obtain it. I also hope you don’t abandon this game and keep making cool updates for it. I thank you and appreciate all you’ve done for it so far and hope to see more cool stuff from you. ### 5/5 — This game is awesome *2021-02-06, version 1.0.137* This game is super fun and I never have to wait too long for a match. There are a few problems here and there though, the biggest for me being the algorithm that chooses the MVP at the end of each match. I’ve had plenty of games where I or a teammate would carry the whole team and have significantly higher kda ratio than the rest of the team and get placed 2nd under someone else because I might have died more often then they did. Or other times where I know I played terribly but somehow I ended up as my teams mvp over the gal/guy that carried us to victory. It’s not too big of a deal but sometimes as a player I want that small recognition at the end of a match that shows that not only did I do my part for our team but I went over and above to make sure we win. I have played a lot of other Mobas but in terms of mobile, it’s definitely my favorite. The anime theme is much to my liking as well. But the one and only downside which there always is... is the wait time to get in a ranked match. The higher you climb the more unbearably long it gets. I just hope more people play this game so maybe we can have shorter wait times. Recommend 100%. ### 5/5 — One of the best MOBAs *2020-12-04, version 1.0.137* This is hands down one of my favorite MOBAs, the characters are all so creative and different I was hooked from day one! I’ve been playing since the first day of release on North American servers and I loved playing. After 6 months though, they failed to patch many issues and the game just never took off, the player base is so non existent that you literally cannot play ranked anymore. The worst part is you sit there with an “expected” time of 4-8 minutes, but really you can go 20-30 minutes without finding a game. This matchmaking should have been fixed ages ago and has not been fixed in over a year. I don’t like being lied to, and waiting over 30 minutes to play one match is ridiculous. I wish I could recommend this game but if they don’t fix the queue time, there’s literally no point in playing.
