Every time i try and look at anything or even search up something it just says “sorry! Something went wrong. And it asks me to try again and still doesn’t work. Tried restarting my phone and reinstalling app. Internet connection also good. I dont know whats wrong ### 2/5 — Apple 10 does not like the up dated version. *2025-06-16, version 8.20* Please fix for apple. After last update I can’t use the app and had to use Quadratec ### 2/5 — App issues *2025-06-16, version 8.20* When the application functions properly, it performs exceptionally well. However, recently, it has been experiencing technical difficulties by displaying an error message indicating that “Page cannot be displayed within the app.” If this issue is resolved within the upcoming updates, I will consider updating my rating accordingly. ### 3/5 — Cart *2025-05-25, version 8.20* I can’t get to the cart to make my purchase. It’s just an annoyance pop, please get ride of it. Then when scrolling through looking at items it keeps taking me back to the top. I like your products but I definitely can’t use your app to browse which keeps me from buying. At this point I’m calling tomorrow canceling the order then deleting my account. I had the site saved to my Home Screen and then I found this app. Thought it’d be better…. WRONG!! About every third category tab causes it to freeze and crash. Would like to be able to switch between my vehicle models. I have a 2020 Wrangler & a 2023 Gladiator. My app account does not let me update or change my vehicle model to a Gladiator, only other Wrangler models. Only on the website can I seem to shop for the Gladiator. ### 3/5 — Why login EVERYTIME! *2024-03-18, version 8.4* It’s a great app other than the fact you have to completely login EVERYTIME you open the app. It’s annoying…and not to mention that sometimes it’s says the password is invalid and you have to rest it…trust me I put in the correct password the first time! ### 2/5 — Needs an update *2024-01-26, version 8.4* I don’t understand how you can go on the website through a web browser and be able to pick the gladiator and Toyota, and all of these other makes and models, but not on the app itself. This needs a major update. I used to own a wrangler, and this was one of the only apps that I used. Now I own a gladiator, and I can no longer use the app. It would be really nice to be able to go back to a reliable app. if the app gets updated, I will give it a five star. ### 2/5 — Model change *2024-01-22, version 8.4* I used to have a wrangler but recently sold it and got a Cherokee. But for some reason I can’t swap my vehicle on the app. It only gives me the option to update my wrangler model ### 3/5 — Works fine to search & order, can’t change my vehicle! *2023-12-10, version 8.4* The app works fine to order parts, research parts, etc. The staff have been helpful when needed and the prices are comparable to other spots. All good… I sold my JL and replaced it with a TRD Pro. The app will not allow me to change the vehicle. Otherwise you will get a pop up asking to turn on Notifications every second tap or so. Really?! Save yourself and just go to their website. Shipping is fast. Good customer service. The app on the other hand is horrible. The app sends me on an endless redirect loop to pictures of other people’s jeeps instead of the parts that I’m trying to order. I then try to use the website and the website glitched and the wrong part was ordered. Now their customer service tells me the order is locked and there is no way to modify or cancel the order, and I have to wait until it’s shipped and pay to have it returned. What a scam. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work *2024-03-10* This app is laggy, bug-ridden, and just generally broken all the time. I am on the latest version, so it’s not a matter of being up to date. I can’t delete things from my wish list. When you click certain things it brings you back to the “homepage” instead of where the link is supposed to bring you. Nothing is updated on the front page where they show you “builds”, it’s just the same hideous looking Heep I’ve seen for years now, never anything new. I was given my Jeep a few weeks ago after waiting for 4 years. It was originally my grandfathers but after his stroke he wasn’t able to take it, so he wanted me to have it. I have never felt this way about a car the way I feel about my jeep, and as I work to make it my own and to make it look good as new, this app has been a HUGE help to me. If anyone has a new Jeep or even been a long time jeep owner, this app is for you. It’s easy to use and there’s a huge community of jeep owners that have no problem helping you out if needed. The one option I wish that this had was a commenting on photos option. I only say this for two reasons tho: one - it allows users to interact with one another with the same common interest of modding Jeeps, and two - when people post photos of their whole rig and I’m sure many people are wanting to know what some of the other modifications that they have done to it. I think it would be a good way to go with the app, it would open a whole new modern community for the Jeep enthusiasts out there.
