It won’t let me log in, I have to keep deleting and downloading it to retry. The website isn’t much better. Utterly useless! ### 1/5 — Pointless - don’t bother downloading *2024-07-15, version 3.0* My employer has transferred payroll services to EY and told us we can access details via this app. It accepts our log in details but it doesn’t open properly - you’re left with the spinning buffer wheel going on for eternity. It’s a load of rubbish - don’t even bother trying to download. ### 1/5 — Barely an app *2024-07-14, version 3.0* Does not function at all. It fails to log you in on the first four attempts, and by the time you’re actually in the app you can see your payslip right there… but can’t get past the spinner which never ever stops. Useless, one star is too many. ### 1/5 — Constant loading circle *2024-07-14, version 3.0* No issues logging in but the app stays stuck in a constant loading circle, meaning I’ve never actually been able to click onto my payslips hidden behind it. Try to open a pay slip, the app crashes. It’s probably the worst app on the market. Logs you out constantly when trying to open payslips. If it doesn’t log you out it errors. And I can tell. App will every so often just log you out and be unable to log you back in so you have to uninstall it and redownload it from the App Store.
